Yesterday our CEO and co-founder, Matthew Prince, dropped in on TechCrunch Disrupt in NYC to give an update on CloudFlare and to make a few announcements. CloudFlare couldn't have been more excited to present at TechCrunch Disrupt and debut our CloudFlare Apps and Rocket Loader services. You can tell by watching Matthew's presentation that we've been busy. We've also received some great media clips, including articles from TechCrunch and Robert Scoble - complete with a video of Matthew and Michelle explaining CloudFlare Apps and Rocket Loader. CloudFlare is a service that has powerful underlying technology. We run 10 (with more coming) data centers around the world and do DNS, caching, bot filtering and more for all of our users. Despite all of this technology, our goal is to make the service simple for our users to use....

CloudFlare launched at TechCrunch Disrupt eight months ago in San Francisco. It was an exciting time for our entire team and early supporters. So, when we got the invitation to talk about our progress at TechCrunch Disrupt in New York City, it felt only right to launch something new once again....

Some people from Texas were confused when we said we brought up our data center in Paris. They thought we meant Paris, Texas, not Paris, France. We wanted to end that confusion as quickly as possible, so we're turning on the Dallas (Texas) data center too....

It was croissants, brie, and crêpes around the CloudFlare office today as our Paris data center went live. Paris joins Amsterdam as CloudFlare's second European data center. Amsterdam has traditionally been our busiest data center....
